There are literally infinite ways to train the human body based on specific needs and goals. So much of what I have learned in my 23 year career wasn't in a textbook. As a matter of fact, the textbooks keep changing because we are still discovering and learning new things about the human body every day. This course isn't about sexy muscles or training your body to look a certain way, it's about moving your body in a way that will keep you healthy, active and feeling your best as long as possible. I believe fitness should be about longevity, and the lessons in this course are some of the most important I've learned.
